Service businesses
Clinics, contractors, law firms and consultants who need calls, bookings and quote requests.

SHARP LYNX / Marketing services
A website that looks the part, loads fast and turns visitors into calls, bookings and sales.
What this means for your business
Your website is usually the second thing people see after an ad, a Google result or a recommendation. In a few seconds they decide whether you look credible, whether you do what they need and how to get in touch. We design every page around those three questions, then build it so it loads quickly on a phone and is easy for Google to read.
A strong fit if your current site is slow, hard to update, looks dated next to competitors or simply doesn't produce enquiries. If you're about to spend on ads or SEO, fixing the website first usually makes every marketing dollar go further.
Find your starting pointThe problem
A good-looking site that nobody contacts you through.
Slow, clunky pages on mobile, where most visitors arrive.
A platform you can't update without calling a developer.
Our perspective
We've rebuilt a lot of websites that looked lovely and did almost nothing. The owner paid for a beautiful homepage, but the service pages were thin, the contact form went to an old inbox and nobody had checked it on a phone. A website is a sales tool first. We still care a great deal about how it looks, but we start with what a visitor needs to know before they pick up the phone, and we build backwards from there.

Who it's for
Clinics, contractors, law firms and consultants who need calls, bookings and quote requests.
Brands selling on Shopify or WooCommerce that want faster pages, cleaner product layouts and smoother checkout.
Companies moving off an old DIY site onto a platform they can scale with ads, SEO and automation.
Common mistakes
Picking colours before deciding what pages you need and what each one should achieve leads to pretty sites that don't convert.
Launching a new site without redirects can wipe out years of Google rankings overnight.
If visitors have to hunt for a phone number or booking button, many simply leave.
Platforms we build on
We're not tied to one tool. We build on the platform that suits how you sell and who will run the site day to day.
Online stores with fast product pages, clean collections and a checkout customers trust.
Flexible, content-rich sites and WooCommerce stores, built with editors your team can use.
Quick-to-manage sites for small businesses that want to make their own updates.
Polished, design-led sites for studios, consultants and creative brands.
Fast, multi-page sites that scale well for businesses with many locations.
Funnels, booking, CRM and follow-up in one place for lead-driven businesses.
Custom, animation-friendly marketing sites with clean code and easy editing.
Bespoke builds when your requirements go beyond what a site builder can do.
Under the hood
Fast pages, tidy code, clear headings, structured data and a proper sitemap help search engines understand your site, and help visitors find what they came for. We test every page on real phones before it goes live.

The decisions behind the work
01
Shopify is hard to beat for online stores. WordPress gives the most flexibility for content-heavy sites. Wix, Squarespace and Duda are quick to manage for smaller teams, and GoHighLevel suits businesses that want funnels, CRM and booking in one place. We recommend what fits you, not what's easiest for us.
02
Every page has a job: explain a service, answer a question or move someone to contact you. We plan the sitemap around how customers actually search, so each service and location gets a page that can rank on its own.
03
Compressed images, clean code, proper headings, schema and meta data are part of the build, not an add-on. We test on real phones and check Core Web Vitals before launch.
Our approach
01
Map the questions buyers ask, the pages they need and the action each page should lead to before any design starts.
02
Pick the platform that fits your budget, team and growth plans, then build clean, fast, accessible pages on it.
03
Set up SEO basics, redirects, analytics, conversion tracking and forms connected to your CRM before go-live.

A practical start
Clear access, current information and agreed responsibilities keep the work moving. We confirm the requirements before the project begins.

Workflow example
Your first 90 days
Days 1–30
Discovery call, platform recommendation, sitemap and content plan; we review your current site, rankings and analytics.
Days 31–60
Design the key pages, gather feedback, then build and connect forms, booking, CRM and tracking.
Days 61–90
Test on real devices, set up redirects and SEO, launch, then review the first month of enquiries and fix what we learn.
Measurement, not guesswork
After launch we track enquiries, calls, bookings and sales from the site, not just visits. Search Console and analytics show which pages bring traffic and where people drop off, so the next round of improvements is based on evidence.

FAQ
Shopify, WordPress (including WooCommerce and Elementor), Wix, Squarespace, Duda, GoHighLevel, Webflow and custom-coded sites. We recommend one based on what you sell, who will update the site and your budget.
Yes, with care. We map every old URL, set up permanent redirects, keep content that already ranks and check Search Console after launch. No redesign is completely risk-free, but planning keeps the risk low.
A focused service-business site often takes four to six weeks; larger stores or custom builds take longer. Timelines depend mostly on how quickly content and feedback come in.
Yes. We build on editors your team can use and walk you through updating pages, blog posts and products.
We can. We interview you about your services and customers, then write clear, plain-English copy you approve. Your own knowledge always makes the best content, so we'll ask plenty of questions.
